There have been many problems with no grit bins being filled in the Thornton area following the heavy snow this month.
I have spoken to the environment team and have been assured that they will do thier best to ensure that we have our bins filled as soon as possible.
I have also requested new grit bins for high street thornton and for hill Top Close in Allerton. Hopefully these will be provided sooner rather than later.�As you can appreciate they are currently inundated with requests.
